I'm delivering food with foodpanda
Updated: Jun 2, 2020

Sunday 31 May. Day 40.
Since Thursday 28 May, I have stopped working for GrabFood. Instead, I am working as a food delivery rider with foodpanda. I'll continue working as a rider with foodpanda until the end of my campaign to raise 100,000 dollars for the Children's Cancer Foundation to enhance the lives of children, and their families, affected by cancer.
Why change?
foodpanda have very kindly agreed to provide a direct financial contribution to our campaign to support the Children's Cancer Foundation to enhance the lives of children, and their families. Thank you!
foodpanda have generously agreed to help the Children's Cancer Foundation and me actively promote our campaign such that more people become aware of our efforts and are motivated to support. Thank you!
Finally, I believe I will earn more money per hour working with foodpanda. They have a better system of scheduling shifts and jobs, less wait time at restaurants and less distance between deliveries. This enables me to do more delivery jobs per hour. And, foodpanda pays more per delivery. I have done 3 shifts with foodpanda so far and based on that experience I believe I will quite significantly increase my hourly earnings by working with foodpanda and not GrabFood. (I'll expand on this in another post which I'll write later this week.)
I am confident that working with foodpanda will enable us to raise more funds for the CCF to enhance the lives of children, and their families, affected by cancer.
Thank you, foodpanda, for your support.
