What I eat in a day

Saturday 16 May 2020. Day 24.


Saturday is my busiest day. Today I worked as a food delivery rider from around 11 AM to 8 PM with just a few very short breaks for food and drinks. I did 25 deliveries. I didn't track my distance traveled but I estimate I cycled 80 - 100 KM. I don't track how many calories I burn on a day like today; I estimate it's between 5000 and 6000.


Here's what I ate to keep me going. Let me know if you think I'm eating well.


Breakfast

Bowl of oatmeal with strawberries, blueberries, walnuts and honey

2 boiled eggs with 2 slices of toast

Bowl of natural yogurt (not in photo)



Calories : 993

Carbohydrate 135 g; Fat 35 g; Protein 39 g.


Morning snack

Banana, apple and protein bar, 1 espresso macchiato,1 cafe latte.


Calories : 630

Carbohydrate 93 g ; Fat 6 g ; Protein 32 g.


Lunch

Bean chili with yogurt, cheese and spring onion; 2 large carrots

Calories : 587

Carbohydrate 71 g ; Fat 18 g ; Protein 23 g.


Dinner

Barramundi burrito with extra guacamole


Calories : 844

Carbohydrate 90 g ; Fat 32 g ; Protein 47 g.


Nighttime meal

Protein shake

Cheese biscuits

Bottle of red win


Calories : 1160

Carbohydrate 90 g ; Fat 47 g ; Protein 67 g.

I felt fine throughout the day; had plenty of energy and wasn't exhausted at night.

Note: On Friday night I ate a pepperoni pizza, a large prosciutto salad and had 4 beers. I estimate that gave me another 3000 or so calories which I think gave me a lot of the energy I needed for the day.
